Workshop & Discussion: SLINTA Self-Defence

What does self-defence mean for us in a heteropatriarchal society - and how can it actually look like in our lives?
This workshop invites us to reflect on mental, collective, and physical self-defence, with an introduction to the martial art Ving Tsun. We’ll focus on techniques that don’t rely on size or force, but on awareness, movement, and trust. We are stronger than we think - and this is a space to explore this strength together.

The workshop is open to all body (dis)abilities.
