Gay* Consent Lab: from consent & intimacy to violence & loneliness

Gay Consent.Lab is a workshop and sharing circle on consent, care, pleasure, but also violence and loneliness in the gay* community. During the Lab, we will discuss these issues in the context of sex, drugs, darkrooms, cruising, raves and chills. We will talk about consent and abuse either as a victim, perpetrator, bystander or somewhere in the grey areas between them. We will explore how consent tools can allow us to achieve more pleasure in sex, dancing, intimacy, and beyond.

Facilitated by Mati (they) - a researcher, facilitator, and community organiser - from @gay_consent.lab, who will be guiding us through these topics in the context of sex, drug use, darkrooms, cruising, raves, and chill spaces.
