Workshop: Self-Defense

What does self-defence mean for us in a heteropatriarchal society and how can it look like? Let’s come together to reflect on collective and mental self-defence as well as to learn basics in physical self-defence following the martial art Ving Tsun. We are stronger than we think and this workshop gives an opportunity to explore this corporeal experience in a trustful environment.
